Noosa Pacific Riverfront Resort is a 4 Star Resort as assessed by the "AAA Tourism" Board.
Q. Do you have lifts.
Our Waterside Apartments are serviced by two lifts, our Gardenside Resort is a walk over three levels.
Q. What facilities do you have.
Both Resorts have a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym. BBQ area and share the full size tennis court.
Q. Can I use the Waterfront complex facilities if I am staying in the Gardenside Resort.
The Gardenside and Waterfront are two separate Resorts, the only shared facility is the tennis court, access is provided through the Waterfront Resort, to allow Gardenside guest to access the River Beach.
Q. Can I moor my Boat.
The Waterfront complex has two jetties from which Waterfront guest can moor there boat. |

Q. Do you have secure car parking.
Both Resort's have secure car parking with ONE car park per apartment. When an additional car park is requested we do our best to accommodate, but this is only is a car space is available.
Q. What hours is Reception open.
Our office hours are 8-30am to 5-00pm Monday to Friday and 8-30am to 12-00pm Saturday and Sunday, if you anticipate a late arrival please advise us so that we can make alternative arrangements .
If you require a late checkout or an early check-in please contact us and we will try to assist.
Checkouts after mid-day will incur a fee.
Q. Can you organize Tours.
Yes, we have a Tour Desk at reception, we can also organize Airport Transfers, Car Hire and Boat Hire for you.
Q. How far is it to the Beach.
Noosa's Main Beach is a 30 minute walk, alternative there is a bus stop 500 metres from our Resort. From where we are you catch the bus every 15 minutes to Hasting Street. We have our own Sandy River Beach in front of the Resort.
Q. What Public Transport is available.
There is a Bus Stop 500 metres from the Resort from where you can catch a bus to any location on the Sunshine Coast. There is a Ferry Whalf at Quamby Place which is a 5 minute walk, from where you can take the Ferry to Hasting Street or Noosa Harbour.
Q. How far to a Restaurant.
There is several Restaurants within a 5 minutes walk, Gympie Terrace which is a 10 minute walk is home to may fine Restaurants. Also the famous Hasting Street. |

Q. What are the Room Configurations.
Our Waterfront apartments are either two or three bedroom ( Queen bed and two Single beds ) complete with two bathrooms, walk in robe, laundry with both washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, dishwasher and micro wave. All our Waterfront apartments have large balconies with stunning views of the Noosa Broad Water. ( Sunny balconies all year round ).
Our Garden side apartments are either two or three bedroom ( Queen bed with two Single beds) complete with a three-way bathroom, laundry with both a washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave. All apartments have a private balconies with views of the pool, tennis court and tropical gardens.( Sunny balconies all year round ).
Q. Are all apartments furnished the same.
NO, all our apartments are individually owned and furnished. Furnishing vary from Cane to Fabric to Leather and all are very well appointed.
Q. When are the apartments serviced.
For bookings of 8-14 days your apartment will be serviced midway during your stay, for longer bookings your apartment will be serviced weekly
Q. Do you have cable TV.
Yes, we have Austar TV available to all apartments. All of our apartments have either a DVD or VCR. We have both DVD and Video movies for hire from reception.
Q. Do you have Internet Access.
Yes, We have In House "WIRELESS BROADBAND" available by purchasing access coupons at reception.
All apartments have direct phone access with the ability to connect to your dial up provider.
Q. Are the units Air Conditioned.
95% of our Apartments have air conditioning, while all apartments have ceiling fans and large sliding glass doors to take advantage of the Sea Breeze, Noosa Pacific is one of a FEW NORTH FACING RESORTS IN NOOSA
