Tariffs are subject to change without notice. When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of deposit, the tariff quoted will be honored. Tariffs quoted are for up to 4 persons for 2 bedroom apartments, and up to 6 persons for a 3 bedroom.
Specified apartments cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation policy applies.
No pets allowed.
Minimum 5 nights stay for September and Christmas holidays will apply.
Deposits:
All bookings require a deposit of $200-00 at the time of booking request. A further deposit for bookings made for peak periods will be required. A letter will be sent advising this amount and date payable. During Christmas period a 50% deposit of total tariff is required approximately 60 days prior to arrival. BALANCE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. Confirmation will be issued by email or by mail
Cancellations:
An ADMINISTRATION CHARGE of $50-00 will be charged on the CANCELLATION of any booking. The balance of any Deposit Held will be refunded except where a booking is cancelled less that 7 days in Low Season, 21 days in Mid and High Season, in these circumstances, NO REFUND will apply if the apartment cannot be re-let for the ENTIRE period of the Cancelled Booking. There is NO REFUND for early departure. Refunds paid by TRUST ACCOUNT CHEQUE AT END OF MONTH.
Additional Persons:
Tariff quoted are as follows:
# Four people in 2 bedroom apartment
# Six people in 3 bedroom apartment and penthouse apartments
Charges apply for additional persons sharing apartments.
Cleaning and Linen:
For bookings of 8 – 14 days, a service will be provided with a change of linen mid-way during your stay. For longer stays this service will be provided on a weekly basis.
Additional service or additional linen change can be provided upon request.
Cots ( linen ) and High Chair: can be hired for a fee Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard only
Check In / Out :
Check-in is from 2-00pm to 5-00pm. If you are arriving outside of office hours please let us know so arrangements can be made for key collection
Our check-out time is 9-30AM
