Deposits of one nights accommodation is required at time of booking except for packages and special offers where full payment is required. The remainder of the payment will be debited 30 days prior to your arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking or via bank transfer to the Trust Bank Account.

If the credit card provided is declined by your bank, attempts will be made to contact you, however if the deposit is not paid by the required date, Noosa Pacific reserves the right to cancel the booking.

NOOSA PACIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
The remaining balance of accommodation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, non COVID-19 related deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee. For any cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

All special offers & packages require full payment per booking and no cancellations or amendments will be accepted or refunded.

NO SHOW OR DAY OF ARRIVAL CANCELLATIONS:
Any no show is when you do not check in on the scheduled day. In the case of a no show or cancellation on the day of arrival the full amount of accommodation will not be refunded.

Noosa Pacific does not accept schoolies / school leavers.
