For added peace of mind, eligible bookings made on our Direct Rate and Long Stay Rate may access our Reselling Agreement if plans change close to arrival. If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival and the cancelled dates are successfully resold, a refund may be issued for the resold nights only. Please note that reselling is not guaranteed, and any nights that are not resold will be forfeited. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method or may be transferred to a future booking.
What is the Reselling Agreement?
The Reselling Agreement offers limited protection for Direct Rate and Long Stay bookings if you need to cancel within 30 days of arrival. If your cancelled dates are successfully resold, eligible nights will be refunded.
Which bookings are eligible?
Only bookings made on the Direct Rate and Long Stay Rate are eligible. Flexi, Strict, and Special Offer bookings are excluded.
When can I enter a Reselling Agreement?
A reselling agreement may be entered into when cancelling within a period where the booking would otherwise be non‑refundable under the standard cancellation policy.
If I enter a reselling agreement, is my booking cancelled immediately?
Yes. By entering into a reselling agreement, you are choosing to cancel your booking and release your original dates and room type so they can be offered for resale.
If my dates do not sell, can I still stay at the resort?
No. Once a reselling agreement is entered into, the booking is cancelled and cannot be reinstated. If the dates do not resell, the booking is forfeited and the stay cannot proceed.
Is reselling guaranteed?
No. Reselling depends entirely on demand and availability. No guarantee is provided that cancelled dates will be resold.
If only some of my dates resell, what happens?
Only the nights that are successfully resold are eligible for a refund. Any nights that do not resell are forfeited.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation, illness, weather events, or loss of funds.
