Situated right on Noosa River, our guests have an unrivalled view of one of the most pristine waterways in the country. And whilst the view from Noosa Pacific is spectacular, getting down for a closer look is just as rewarding. Kayaks are available to hire right at the resort, but for something the whole family will remember, hire a boat for the morning, afternoon or entire day. There is a boat for just about any group size, with a number of hire places located a short stroll away on Gympie Terrace or at the Tewantin Marina. And don’t worry, in most cases, all you need to be the Captain is a current drivers license.
T Boat Hire have a good range of small bowriders (or tinnies), perfect for a couple or small family. If you have a larger group and just want to cruise around the river for the day, they also have a number of pontoon boats, perfect for a leisurely sightsee.
O Boat Hire
O Boat Hire have a greater variety of boats and pontoons. They also have the small bowriders, as well as a small fleet of Cuddy Cabs. These are larger than the bowriders, and offer more protection from the elements. A large number O Boat Hire pontoons come with an inbuilt barbecue and can accommodate groups from 6-15 people. Eskies and light fishing gear is also provided. The Noosa Pacific team can highly recommend pulling up to one of the sand bars near the Dog Beach for a barbecue: holiday perfection!
If you require a few more home comforts for your day out on the water, Luxury Boat Hire Noosa are probably your best fit. Beautifully outfitted, all of their pontoons come with a flushing toilet, barbecue or pizza oven and eskies. They can also organise all catering on board.
And then, there’s the Roundaboat. Unmissable because of their round shape and bright yellow umbrella, the Roundaboat fleet look like they’ve broken free of a carnival ride and as luck would have, can float beautifully! As the name suggests, these are a round boat which can seat up to 10 people, with a BBQ placed in the middle and steps to dive into the river to cool off. Powered by an eco-friendly electric engine, these provide a more peaceful ride along the Noosa River. Roundaboat’s are lots of fun!
Lastly, with Noosa Pacific’s very own jetty out the front, loading up your hire boat with friends, family and all those snack or lunch goodies couldn’t be easier!
